"My experience with Precision Carpet was spectacular. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite and asked me what time would be good for someone to come out and give me an estimate. I needed to have two bedrooms cleaned and a large L-couch re-upholstered. The technicians arrived a little early which was good for me because they got the job done sooner than expected. The guys were very polite and courteous always asking me exactly how I wanted everything done so that everything was to my liking. After they had arrived, one of the workers noticed that I needed a tile and groute cleaning, which they got done in under twenty minutes at very little extra cost.
When the job was finished everything looked fabulous. The service was excellent, the technicians friendly, and I barely recognized my carpets. They have never looked so good.
I definitely recommend Precision Carpet and I plan on calling them for any of my carpet/upholstery needs. "
