Scott's Hallmark offers the usual Hallmark items, and since they are in the Empire State Plaza they pretty much have a captive audience since they are the only choice if you need to get a card while you are at work. I find the people there kind of on the rude side and they just keep having their personal conversations while you are trying to check out. So you get half their attention - maybe. Since Hallmark stores have a tendency to mark items down after the holidays, my girlfriend was interested in buying something, but wanted to know if it was going to be marked down in the next week (instead of buying it now and being ticked off when it's marked down the next day). They got really snotty with her for asking!
