Good: I had M & J clean all of the carpets in my home right after I bought it. I was going to replace the carpet entirely, but as it turned out, the carpet was relatively new but just needed a little cleaning. There was huge stain in the entryway that I had tried to get out, but the store-bought cleaners just wasn't cutting it. M & J got the stain out with no problem.. Bad: I got a quote to clean a lounger, loveseat and sofa and the quote seemed pretty high... almost as much as cleaning the carpet through the entire house. Ouch.. Improvements: I suppose prices are what they are for a reason, but I would like to eventually see a more affordable option for upholstery cleaning.. Other: The young man that cleaned carpet even gave me a free "lesson" on what to do if someone spills (something other than water) on the carpet. Very helpful..
