These are very nice and very thorough people. They helped us secure our mortgage (a Veteran’s Administration mortgage no less), and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Their fees are paid for by companies which buy the resultant mortgage, and not by the client. After we had the mortgage for a year, we got an unexpected call telling us that they could reduce our interest rate by a whole percent without a new appraisal and minimal closing costs. I was impressed with their attention to detail, I was impressed with their candor, and I was impressed with the fact that they followed up with us a year after we first did business with them.
