I went to Tipton to compare a Honda Fit with a Toyota Yaris. I was a die-hard Toyota girl, and was 95% sure I was going to buy a Toyota, but liked the Fit so much, I decided I wanted it. I called the dealership from home and talked with James (Internet Sales). I explained I have an infant at home and didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership negotiating. James worked with me over the phone and we quickly came to a price we could agree on. He even offered to deliver the car to my house with the paperwork so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. My car arrived at my door as promised, detailed and in perfect condition. The paperwork was all in order and in 15 minutes, the car was mine. I am buying my cars like this from now on!
James was courteous and easy to work with. Of course it's his job to sell me something, but I felt he was educated about his product, excited to be helpful and didn't pressure me into something I didn't want. He kept the run-around out of the deal. If you want a Honda, go see James!
