Scott is an asset to your organization. He was not out for a quick sale and worked a process to find the right vehicle for me. I could have gone elsewhere, but he was able to build a loyalty. I've visited many dealerships in the last few weeks and had people not even follow up with a call. Scott was very attentive. He knew exactly what I was looking for and although not always having an exact match - he kept me in mind! It took patience over a course of 4 weeks and ultimately a true win-win. After meeting him I was only looking at purchasing through Hall and would recommend him to others. I had a previousl experience with Hall a few years ago athough it didn't result in a sale. I've always been impressed with the caliber of sales professionals. I have had limited experience with the the service side and am hoping that the professioanlism extends to this area as well. I would definitely rate Scott as truly exceptional!
