Review content:
"My sister and I come to Cottonwood at least twice a year. I can't speak about the lodge rooms as we always stay in Cabin #3. It's the best cabin for 2 people, with two double beds. It has been refurnished and the appliances upgraded. We make our own breakfast and lunch and enjoy going into Buena for dinner. Behind the cabin is a private soaking pool overlooking the creek. We spend most of our time sitting out back enjoying the sound of the water. The main hot pools are comfortable and clean and you can float for hours. Floating at night, watching the stars is amazing.
The main lodge has a great room with TV and lots of books. We've also had massages, and the therapists are wonderful! Be aware this is NOT a fancy hotel. As another reviewer said, it's kind of like an old hippie place, but I'm an old hippie and I fit right in. The peace and quiet, surrounding mountains and rushing water soothes away the city blues everytime.
The only downside is I can't get up here every weekend! "
