I was in an accident a few months ago where I was rear-ended by another
driver. The other driver's terrible insurance company did everything they
could to deny liability, deny payment for legitimate treatment and most
frustrating of all, they were almost impossible to get a hold of.
Todd Shambo's office guided me through the claims process. His staff that I
dealt with were just that...professionals.
I used to view insurance as a commodity. Price first, everything else comes
after (State Farm just happened to have a great rate). After my experience,
I can tell you first hand that there's value in having an agent. There's
value in a policy with tons of coverage, and there's value in peace of mind.
