I have been to this shop 3-4 times due to our big renovation.If you are planning to buy something, do yourself a favor and deal directly with anyone except Bonnie; the nasty lady.She calls herlsef the showroom manager but proived 0 service.Everybody is very helpful except her.the first time I visited their showroom, she didn't show me any catalogs, no interest at all in serving the customer.I showed her our plans she said she has been in this shop forever but plans are not her thing !! The second time, a gentleman showed me several catalogs, listened and gave suggestions.it was a breeze to order, he made sure the items were in stock , made calls. When I wanted to follow up the status of the order, again Bonnie was very nasty and said that "the goods will arrive whenever it will arrive" refused to track the shipment or give an updated info.She does not like nor to provide any kind of service except obnoxious comments.They also gave me diffrent prices on the same item so be careful to double check prices.I liek face to face cotnact but this time I shoudl ahve jsut ordred online and at least could have tracked the order!!!
