Good: Everything. The questions they asked one the phone prior to my appointment. The call 30 min before they arrived. The un-parrralled expertise in fabric and textile care and cleaning methods. The neat and professional men who took extra special care of my belongings. How they made me feel like I was there ONLY customer. The superb job they did cleaning my carpet, rugs and tile & grout.. Bad: That I hadn't found Pete's Carpet Cleaning 20 years ago.. Improvements: The Only improvement I could recommend would be that they clone themselves so they will always be available when I need them. I hate to think about not having Pete's Carpet Cleaning as my Ace in my Hand.. Other: Truly a gem. It is often hard to find in this day and age, a company that delivers old fashioned service, dependability, honesty, and expert knowledge, and for a very reasonable price for the service preformed. Pete's Carpet Cleaning is one of these Gems..
