I've called Andy on Call since 2006 and continue to use them because the service is consistently excellent for all services. 2 weeks ago, my auto pilot on my gas stove wouldn't stop beeping and I smelled gas. I called AOC in desparation. Within 10 min of my call, Bob (the owner) called me. He reassured me I was in no danger, while he was on the phone with me he went on line and looked up the problem and gave me best advice. He was excactly right and all is well. The outstanding part -- he spent 20 min of his Saturday morning on the phone with me. No bill or mention of money, no judgment for what I did to cause the problem. I received professional service in a manner that I felt he really cared about my safety, relief of frustration and angst, and getting the problem resolved. These things are fodder for loyalty. He's got mine. And I'm telling all my friends -- in the area and outside of it! Bob, you rock! Thank you sooo much!!
