What a bunch of hopelessly incompetent individuals. Not to be condescending, but I don't actually expect THAT much from a pool cleaner. Probably less than my wife. :-)
Having said that, I bought my spa from them. Love it. They sold it, but they cannot maintain it. They have screwed up the filter (not knowing how to clean the think they sold me), ripped me off selling me parts of the filter that didn't need replacing, seem unable to put bromine tablets in the well that is made for them, routinely forget to put anything at all in (leaving it green), etc etc. The pool service ?? Similarly dismal. Recently they fired the guy who had been working my pool for a couple of years. Needless to say the nin compoop they sent cannot get out pool vac working (they sold me that too), and managed to get a full air lock in motor. They NEVER say they are sorry, NEVER come out on the weekend (the only time we use the pool and spa) to fix their mistakes, and, if I weren't so busy, would have fired them ages ago. THEY SUCK.
