This is in response to iluvspas review- I was one of the unfortunate people who was involved with planning this event with her. We called at least 5 companies together and they ALL required credit cards to hold the reservation- whether you pay cash at the time of pickup or not, which make sense. They want to insure they're paid in case people throw-up or damage things, duh. She deliberately gave them a card that she knew had no funds available, but thought they would let her get away with it because she promised cash. I felt really bad because I knew she had no intention giving a credit card for damages and it made me feel like she had plans on trashing the limo. I was with her when the company called and said they needed a credit card with funds available, and that it could be anyone in our party- she got an attitude with the poor guy and said no one had a credit card! Please keep in mind there was 12 of us- and we all had credit cards, she was swearing at the manager (who was only doing his job) and acting like a fool. The manager said they had to have a card on file to provide service, and she told him to go to hell. I was SO embarrassed of her actions; I decided that if she acts like this sober, she would be a nightmare drunk, so I canceled my plans with her that night. Thank GOD I did, I heard she was a raging drunk and got kicked out of a bar she went to!! I feel REALLY BAD for this company; it takes a big person to deal with her as politely as he did!
