I really liked Citikids, they asked me more information about each purchase that I made-asked me what kind of car I drove, carried the sample out to show me why the seat that I thought was best wasn't in my car, assured me that the stroller did not have to recline fully (pointing out that the car seat did not, so why did the stroller have to)when we were looking for a good lightweight travel stroller-just really patient and helpful-most of the time. One time I went in there and I thought that I could lay on the floor dying and no one would have noticed. That's the thing here-you have to ask for help. They don't really offer it.
