Review content:
My husband and I recently spent our anniversary at The Biltmore and it was a beautiful weekend. We stayed in a cottage which was luxurious and private with the most comfortable bed ever. We actually considered buying the bed we slept so well! And we especially appreciated the 'mountain' of chocolate covered strawberries and champage sent to our room with a hand-written note from the manager wishing us a happy anniversary. The service was perfect and the staff could not be more helpful.
My only complaint was with our experience at the hotel restaurant: Good food (which took forever) - just not great. Next time we visit this hotel, we will have dinner reservations at The Hungry Cat. One more thing: there is a train that passes by the hotel property and could be heard from our cottage. It wasn't that disturbing but you may want to ask about it when you make reservations.
But we will be back!
Pros: Dreamy beds, Perfect Service, Private
Cons: Possible Train Noise
