I just tried to book my first appointment. Let's just say that perhaps these folks are too busy now to treat new clients with respect - the "diva" attitude I received from the person that was recommended here didn't sit well. I'm a 50 year old professional woman who has had her hair done by professionals for over 30 years. When I suggested that perhaps she is too busy for new clients, she didn't disagree. I will not be recommending this salon to anyone.
