Review content:
First of all this tenant was a very good tenant and a very nice person but he broke his lease and we explained that we would re-rent the unit as fast as we could and he was charged for the 15 days that the unit was vacant. He should be thankful to us for renting the unit in only 15 days. He could have been responsible for another six months of rent if we had not rented the unit quickly. Also he pained the bathroom without discussing it and used the wrong paint . BJ Properties-(562) 594-5595
