They cllaim to be "Factory Direct", but infact they are a retail distributor that set its own policies and prices. Ashley does not sell Factory Direct. Under no circumstances will this store make any exceptions to "All sales are fina"l, even if you purchased late on Sat nite and tried to rescind the sale early morning because of certain circumstances. I guess the minute you sign the contract,you are hooked.
I found them to be smug with absolutely no willingness to make a happy customer.
