Good: the price. Bad: the service. Improvements: like to see a big box store throw a warranty out the window for a customer who obviously is being wronged by the manufactures, of either the software or the hardware obviously a PC needs both to run properly. Best Buy like the rest, just wants your money, good luck, after you pay them.. Other: Lemon of a computer I bought from them. It has never worked properly, called Best Buy, sent it to gateway the maker of the PC, gateway sent it back with an A OK. the video card blew...the video card stopped working but because the system is past warranty they won't touch it, but this has been an ongoing problem, the bios didn't work properly, a cable is unplugged error occurred many many times, the fan would kick on and reboot the whole system out of nowhere...a lemon, no one stands behind what they make..
