Review content:
I thought with such a high rating this would be a trusted dealership to purchase a vehicle from.
Two months after purchasing a vehicle, I took the vehicle into a reputable dealership here in Madison (Zimbrick) to have a light bulb replaced and I learned that the vehicle's valve cover gasket is leaking, the power steering pump is leaking, the coolant is low, the front coil springs are snapped, the bearings need to be replaced, the tail lights need to be replaced and the 90,000 mile service has not been completed (by signs of the filters). I understand a few repairs may pop up after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle but with this many issues it seems like the vehicle was never even inspected. I expected with a Ford franchise involved, the dealership would have a higher standard for inspecting pre owned vehicles. I have purchased 25+ pre owned vehicles in my life and have never purchased a vehicle with so many issues.
I’d advise an inspection of any used car before you purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
