RETAILER CAN NOT BE RELIED ON TO FOLLOW THE CUSTOMERS ARRANGEMENTS First Response Training Services, LLC CONTACTED AMBER WITH URBAN EARTH TO ORDER FUNEREAL ARRANGEMENT FOR SATURDAY MORNING - PLACED ORDER FOR SATURDAY MORNING SERVICE AT FUNEREAL HOME - " RECEIVED RETURN CALL FROM AMBER STATING SHE WAS ADVISED SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS WERE NOT FINALIZED AT THE FUNEREAL HOME - I CONTACTED THE FAMILY AND WAS ADVISED THAT ARRANGEMENTS FOR SERVICE WAS FINAL FOR SATURDAY MORNING - I RECONTACTED URBAN EARTH AND ADVISED THEM TO DELIVER FLOWER ARRANGEMENT AS ORDERED - " URBAN EARTH AGREED TO DELIVERY SATURDAY MORNING AND IF ANY PROBLEM UPON DELIVERY WOULD CONTACT ME " -- NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONTACT -- FAMILY CALLS ME SATURDAY AND ADVISES NO FLOWER DELIVERY FROM URBAN EARTH -- JUST CONTACTED AMBER @ URBAN EARTH - AMBER STATED SHE WENT OUT LAST NIGHT " ORDER IN COOLER " AND SORRY FOR MIX UP - MY SON AND MY FAMILY EXTREMELY UPSET FOR NO FLOWERS FROM US AT GRANDMOTHERS SERVICE & WAKE - URBAN EARTH TRYING TO FIX MISTAKE BY DELIVERING TO FAMILY AT THEIR HOME IN MISSISSIPPI.
