When I first saw Rosati's was going to open in Morrisville, I doubted it would taste as good as the restaurants back home in Chicagoland Oh how delightfully wrong I was! The pizza is absolutely wonderful -a tasty thin and crispy crust, fresh toppings, sweet and light sauce, amazing cheese and a hint of oregano. The italian beef sandwiches are just like my Dad makes back home, seasoned and sliced to perfection.
The service at the front counter was a little young and undertrained in customer service skills the first time we went in, but that seemed to improve the second time we ordered.
There are plenty of New York style pizza places in RDU, it's about time someone opened a Chicago-style restaurant and actually understands how the food is supposed to taste. I can't wait until the next time we eat Rosati's!
