These guys have the best pricing around - hands down. Their selection is also excellent. Plus - if they don't have it on their website - just call them. 3 out of the last 5 times I needed a specific size I called and they were able to find it for me. The guy I talked with on the phone also came up with a pretty clever way to reduce the total dollar amount of my order without sacrificing any of my needed functionality.
The only drawback to ordering their equipment online is the LTL freight - but it's not so bad once you get the hang of it.
First - you have to have a loading dock. No big deal here for me, but I know it can be an issue.
Second - since these guys don't own their own delivery trucks and the stuff they sell weighs a ton (literally) they have to rely on third party freight forwarders. I have had a few items damaged in shipment (through no fault of SJF), and they have always been very accomodating in helping me get the replacements with as little hassle as possible.
I always check with these guys first for any racks or shelving I need and now I have had them help me with some recent projects that have needed some small conveyor systems. They had exactly what I was looking for and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who needs any warehouse equipment.
