First of all, this repair shop do not know what is good customer service and they put your vehicle out on street in a area known for break ins ,just like they did mines, once I drive up my car was on street. I was pissed then I went in to pay the high price of wheel bearing charges and to fine out they did not do my oil change and when I ask Owner ALI he said, take it next door for a oil change, no sorry or next free on me. What a butt, At this point I realize that I will not let them do anymore repairs for me. My husband took the car there believe me they was not my first choice. Recently I took my car to a tire shop to get new tires to find out that Redford auto repair put my Lugs on so tight that one on my leftside break and when we took the car back to Redford repair ,the first thing they said we did not do this, Yes they did because I was at the tire shop and they show we the breaking lug and they would not touch it. They suggest that I take it back to redford repair to fix what they mess up. Redford auto repair shop is unproffessional, lack customer skills, and employed unskilled individual. Beware......
