Review content:
My previous neighborhood (which I still own property in) and current neighborhood are both managed by Talis. When I first bought in my current neighborhood, the HOA was managed by CAS. Because I had dealt with Talis before I was disappointed in the lack of communication that CAS had to offer. I feel as a homeowner and owner of an investment property, that I'm always in the loop as far as maintenance and community events are concerned. This allows me ample time to contact my tenant on anything that affects them, but also gives me the opportunity to get involved in neighborhood activities. I trust Talis and feel they are actively involved in each and every community they serve. You don't realize how important a good property management company is until you are exposed to a bad one!
