Salem Avenue Auto Exchange is conveniently located on Salem Avenue in Hagerstown, right off of interstate 81. They have a decent selection of vehicles available at slightly more than the going rate. When I called to ask prices, they gave me a “cash price” being careful to advise me that it would cost me more to finance. They do have in-house financing available. The staff is very friendly and not at all high-pressure.
