I am Middle Eastern and it was a joke between my family that if we wanted to eat out at a good Mediterranean restaurant we'd have to go back to the Middle East...or to California. I am always eager to try new Mediterranean restaurants in Portland in hopes of finding one that tastes authentic, and I have struck gold with the Blue Tangerine! The rice, the kabobs...all delicious. I had a hummus plate for an appetizer and it was so fresh and tasty. The service was great, the atmosphere charming...I give this restaurant two thumbs up!
