Tam Golf Course has been in Niles for years. It's great because it's very close to the house (only about ten minutes away), and if you only have time to play nine holes in the later afternoon or evening or the shorter autumn hours, you could play it here (Tam has nine holes only). You can walk the course or use golf carts. And, it's a pretty straight and narrow course, which is helpful when you're first learning how to play golf. There is a putting green so you can practice before you play. The clubhouse has been remodelled recently, and the restaurant has been upgraded.
