Review content:
As an out of town buyer, my salesperson offered to have me meet the service manager and view the service bay, waiting room, etc. but I declined. I believe that the model for purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata is one that other car dealers should study and learn. I was very satisfied with the buying experience, from first view of the dealer website and the phone calls all the way through the closing and follow up. My sales rep called me a couple of days later to check up on the car, and I feel that is was a sincere call and a desire to make sure that I was satisfied. I was happy with the purchase, no doubt that it is a great car.
