Just wanted your basic chunky highlights, red and blonde, they already existed, all she had to do was touch up the red, and lighten my growth (blonde) not rocket science. Took two trips to the salon, and my hair still looks terrible. (wasn't even offered my money back, or a credit) Pink highlights, are not what I wanted, and I am disappointed that I have to now pay someone else to fix it...For fear that my hair will be totally trashed.. I am sad to report that if the stylists at Verbena did not know when to ace the bleach (in order to prevent melting) then perhaps she needs to go back to beauty school.. DONT GO THERE!!! HORRIBLE!!
