I was especially impressed with the level of customer service and communication. To start, I received an email within a few hours of requesting an estimate online -- even though I sent the request after normal business hours -- being able to speak with a representative back and forth through email after 7 pm is definitely an added service. I was given a discount for being a repeat customer (bonus!) and everyone I spoke with at Starving Students were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the follow-up phone calls during the week before my move, to confirm details and to ask if I had any questions -- as well as a phone call before the movers came on my move day. And the two guys who did my move -- they were very friendly, FAST, and took care when moving my stuff. When we got to my new apartment, they offered to put my furniture wherever I wanted it (other moving companies I've used before just dumped it all in the living room for me to sort out later). Overall, Starving Students made a stressful and tiring process an absolute breeze. I will be sure to use you for all of my future moves -- Thank you!
