When I had a blue screen problem with error messages that I had never seen before on my laptop I thought that I was finished. I called Dell and all they would tell me is that my warranty was up and wanted to charge me for engineering just to speak to someone. I went online and searched the internet under laptop repair NJ and NJ laptop repair. I found NJ Laptop Repair in Wayne. I gave them a call and explained the problem. They asked me to bring the laptop in and they would run a test on it. I brought it in and the tech said it was a common problem with start ups and can be fixed but he had to back up the system first. He was able to get the whole problem resolved in a couple of hours. I was more than happy to pay the price of the back up and the labor as it was a lot cheaper than replacing my laptop which was what I was afraid I was going to need to do. I owe a big thanks to NJ Laptop Repair.
