I assumed the job wasn't going to turn out too good just because the quote I was given was a low price, but I still went ahead and had them come out to my house because my cousin told me to try them. Anyway as the day came and they came out the technician was prepared to work and seemed like he really knew what he was doing. I told him about my problem and how I was fed up with cleaning up messes and stains appearing because of spills, etc. Before he started the job he recommended getting a fabric protectant, I thought this was a brillliant idea so I aproved of him installing it. Just as he said it would be, it has been great having the scotch guard on the carpet, its easy to wipe off messes never have I been happier.
