Review content:
Sandy Point State Park is a great alternative to Ocean City, bethany, or Rehobeth beaches. You do not have to travel ovewr the Bay Bridge (you actually have a view of the bridge so you can watch everyone on the bridge sitting in traffic and laugh). While there is a fee to enter its fairly nominal, I believe I paid about five dollars to get our car inside the park. There is a plethora of things to do from bar-b-que grills, to swimming and even hiking in the surrunding area. If you dont have the time to go all the way over to Ocean City/Bethany/Rehobeth, I definitely reccomend Sandy Point State Park.
