This was the first Dealership my husband and I went to for the very first new car we bought together. The salesman answered all the questions we had, no matter how silly (like my question about getting a full size car seat buckled into the rumble seats of the Ranger we were looking at) and he basically drove the price down himself without us really haggling at all. We have had family go the the used dealership frequently for vehicles and heard nothing but good things, so when we were looking for our recent purchase of a minivan, it was the first place we thought of. The Manager of the used lot was there to greet us and answer all our questions and he took excellent care of us since our salesman wasn't in at the time. We have had no issues with the vehicle, (we love Fords for that reason) and any time we have called with questions we have gotten prompt courteous answers.
