There could be worse I guess. The manager is never in the office or even on site when they are supposed to be. They do not repair things in a timely manner or at all in some cases. They paint over mold growing on the ceiling and don't fix leaky roofs. Overcharge for water and won't fix their admitted mistakes. Takes 4+ times to fix faucet and it still never gets fixed. Say they repaired something, but never actually showed. Furnaces in horrible conditions, unhealthy and they use tape to fix it. Do not clean apartments between tenents.
