Patient had a problem 6 months ago and not having any idea what the problem was, sent the patient to physical therapy thinking that it would solve the problem. After 2 months problem got worse and they finally refered for an MRI, coming to see what the problem was..after some time the patient tried aqcupuncture, chiropractor and then was refered to a sergeon for a cortizone shot which was of no help. After 3 months of not having physical therapy the patient now has to go back and collect all medial records for the doctor to even think about refering the patient back to physical therapy now knowing what the problem is since they couldn't figure it out the first time. What a waste of time. I think that they lack the intelligence and can be very rude on the phone when you call to speak to someone. They are not always in the office and that makes things more difficult when you need assistance. I would recommend someone else unless you have a cold. Pros: You can get medications, but they might not be the right ones. Cons: Seems like it takes forever to get the actual treatment that you need.
