Review content:
We contracted with this company to install granite countertops and travertine flooring in our kitchen. They subcontracted out the installation of the materials that we purchased at their store. Seven years after the work was completed, the granite cracked by the sink. I contacted the manager, Roth twice and he would not take responsibility for it or try to work with us. I showed him pictures of the cracked granite and the invoice from them. We have had the granite replaced and when they removed the old one, they found that a steel bar had been placed in the plywood where the granite had cracked. Apparently, the steel bar had deteriorated. All the companies that we received estimates from for the replacement work agreed that this had been shoddy workmanship
