Review content:
i chose them on account of all the good reviews. we had a furnace generator that needed to be cleaned, requiring access from a crawlspace. they missed their 1st service window, and didn't arrive until the end of the 2nd. the price seemed exorbitant, given all that was required was to clean a part. i asked the technician why it was so much, and he said that his supervisor had given him a price. when i called the supervisor to ask how the price was determined, i got no clear answer, just that it was "more work than a washer or dryer". bottom line, we paid $250 for less than an hour's worth of work (and that's after i talked them down from $275!). when it costs $65 just to have them come out, and you've been without heat for a few days, it's difficult to send someone away- but i sure won't call these guys again!
Pros: did the work
Cons: overpriced, missed service window
