Good: I have been treated by Dr. Jacobis in the past very satisfactorally. He referred me to Dr. Wasylenko for eval and a surgery date.. Bad: I saw Dr. Wasylenko for a meniscal tear and was in severe pain. After being greeted at the front desk & asked for my phone # & address in the hearing of other patients & the entire waiting room & then waiting well over 2 hours to see him, I was disappointed that he did not have my updated films and records available, even though they had been provided to the office. Then was told that I had to wait almost 2 months to have the repair done - even though the pain was 9/10 and pain meds did not work.. Improvements: Definitely more professionalism from the staff. Since I have a history of adverse reactions to the pain meds prescribed, I would have expected to have a much shorter wait time for the procedure and having to wait almost 2 months for a surgery date was not acceptable in this case. Even though I did like Dr. Wasylenko, because of the severe pain I was in, I have cancelled the surgery date and have found another surgeon..
