I'm am a first time home buyer, so its was a hard task selecting a Electrician, I Farella Electric out of the 4 companies that did a proposal because he made me feel comfortable and that I would be in good hands with Master Electrician in the business since 1997, but it was more of a comfort zone that was establish during the proposal work through , He answer all question and provided his Electrician ID, I look up his company at the NYC Dept of License and his the information he gave me did match the information on the web side . Farella Electric provided a Work Permit (by my request), a Certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance with my name and address (not at my request), and a Certificate of Liability Insurance with my name and address (not at my request), all of these documentations was even impressive and made feel I had the right company to do the job right, the job got done on the date and time it was setup and the installer was great, well manner, and very careful by triple checking his measurements before drilling through the side of the house, at the end I felt choosing Farella was a good choice base on the documents provided and not the years in business or a gut feeling I had, and I won’t be asking for any more paper work for his next project on my house, thanks Edwin Martinez
