Review content:
This is a gallery that is a must see in Dubuque. They always have a show of a local or regional artist. There are other pieces on display in the gallery including a display of masks from around the world. The building itself is of historical interest. Two adjoining spaces were combined to make the gallery. It has an incredible sculpture outside that will let you know you have arrived!
