Review content:
I came in for a spa pedicure and will not be going back for one. I was instructed to sit on a chair in the hallway to begin soaking my feet. Sitting there in my coat with my purse and a book I was handed a new client form. I asked if there was a place I could put my belongings. The nail tech then took my belongings into a room I would be going to later. I take off my shoes and roll up my pants to be met with luke warm water. Sitting there bored, staring into an unlit waiting room the nail tech walks by. I ask how much longer I'll be sitting there and am told, "about a minute." I am given flip flops and told to put them on and go into the room behind me. There I am instructed to lay on a bed, nothing described this on their website or over the phone. The nail tech barely files my feet (the main reason I'd come in) and then works on my cuticles and nails. After she finishes she puts a masks on my lower legs and leaves the room. She returns to clean the mask off and then exfoliated, no additional filing was done. She then lotions my legs and feet and begins painting my toe nails. Many times during this process I was told to sit up and do something - horrible for a person with a bad back. As soon as she finishes she tells me to get all my things and follow her into the waiting area. I was shocked I was not offered any help! Then I sat in a freezing cold waiting area with no music/ambient noise for an hour waiting for my polish to dry. They did not use any type of quick-dry drops. After 20 minutes someones finally came in and offered me a drink, for the first time during my visit. 20 more minutes later someone came in and realized how freezing cold it was (I was huddled under my coat) and someone brought a space heater in. Ready to leave, I went to check out and the person working the desk overcharged my credit card $50 and did not know how to adjust/cancel the charge. I had to help them use their credit card machine. It was a good thing I didn't go there to relax!
Pros: on Lake Bellevue, evening appointments
Cons: poor customer service and pedicures, poor ambience
