Review content:
Service department assumes they know what problems are without taking the time to actually determine if they are correct. I have had to return my vehicle for service for a second service on 3 occasions because they were too lazy to do a test drive and see if their "fix" actually corrected the problem.
Twice the car was returned because they did not bother to test drive after rebalancing the tires. The third time the the tail gate was rattling incessantly, Rather than fixing the problem that shouldn't be happening on my BRAND NEW Car, the service manger (Ken B.) acted more irritated that I wanted him to fix it.
The sales department was great...but after you buy the car be prepared to be treated like garbage.
