Review content:
Working with these people from the beginning was an experience to say the least. We went to them to rent equipment for a wedding but after trying to get a quote, we realized that while the price may have been right, the service was not! they never would call us back when we tried to get in touch with them and most of the time they didn't even know what they had to offer.
Thankfully we ended up going with M&M Party Rentals just down the street. However, we did decide to use their P.A.system , which we were told would come with a microphone stand, When going to pick up the system they then told us that it was an extra $20 to use the stand...which was not what they had initially told us. Working with them was a headache from start to finish. The rude sales associates don't make things any better.
