Review content:
As any bird owner can tell you, by the time a bird looks sick it's almost too late. The Medical Center for Birds and Dr. Speers are located right next to Dennis Pet Center in Oakley. They specialize in surgery, treatment and routine medical care for birds of all kinds. It is very hard to find a specialist for birds, so it is really nice to find one here in the rural, far east county. The last time I had a sick parrot, I had to travel to Oakland and it took hours instead of the 15 minutes it now will take.
