Review content:
I had one of my rental property's roof stripped & replaced recently, price was FAIR in the middle of 3 various estimates (range from $5700 - $7500) with a final cost of $6900. Work was completed promptly in just ONE business day. Clean up crew did leave some minor debris behind in my front yard and driveway. The Office Assistant (named Tracy if I recall) was rather rude. I had a difficult time getting a hold of her on the phone numerous times, even my emails went unanswered. Then, when I finally got a hold of her, she was very rude. On a 1-5 scale, I would grant RYAN and SONS a 3 based on my overall experience.
