Review content:
I went to Indochine last night with two friends who highly recommended the place. I heard the restaurant just moved into this larger space. The place is very beautiful, calm, comfortable and charming. They have beautiful Asian arts on the wall - mostly oil paintings. The food is excellent. We had the Beef Cubes (heard this is their most popular Vietnamese dish), the Jungle curry (the server recommended this curry although it is not in their menu and it did not have coconut milk), the Thai Noodle Soup, and catfish in claypot...Each dish was so yummy with distinct flavors and was prepared so fresh. I dine out frequently and must admit Indochine is an excellent place. I never knew it existed! The wine list is surprisingly nice with good selection. I will come back with my family and friends. One thing, though, the AC was too low so we thought the dining room was a bit cold. The owners said it will be fixed soon. So, bring a light jacket just in case it is still cold when you are there.
Pros: Yummy, authentic Thai and Vietnamese food. Nice ambiance, plenty of parking, great service.
Cons: in Parker - a bit far from where the action is (i.e. Tech Center, Downtown Denver)
