Review content:
I originally choose this office of Kaiser Permanente for the location – you don’t have to drive into Baltimore or DC, which is a big advantage. However, over the years I was with Kaiser I went to several other offices because of doctor’s schedules, weather closings, etc… and I think this office is really the best choice. Its very clean, the waiting room has adequate seating, and the pharmacists were pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say that for all the other centers. Ultimately I ended up leaving Kaiser because I was unhappy with the treatments they covered, but if you have no special medical needs I think Kaiser is a fine insurance company and I think this is the best office choice.
