My fiance bought my ring here in 2007. We were there a couple of times before the actual purchase and we liked the "no hassle, no pressure" atmosphere. It's nice to walk into the store and not have a sales associate jump on and try to get the sale out of you right than and there. It was nice to have someone come up and introduce themselves and than say that if we need any help to just let them know and they would be happy to help us with any questions or any rings we would like to see. We have been back since than and made other purchases and plan on purchasing our wedding bands from here as well.
Pros: No hassle you or pressue to make sale, very knowledgeable, took time answering questions.
Cons: Didn't have a few designers I liked, this store is not in the greatest area.
